I offer a free consultation so that I can get a feel for what its like to be you with your individual issue/s. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. I will be able to recommend the best form of therapy to proceed with and give you an outline idea of how many sessions you are likely to need.
You will not be put under any pressure to decide then and there whether or not to proceed with therapy but there will be time allowed if you would like to.

£60 per 60 minutes
Virtual Gastric Band – £350
4 or 5 x 1 hour sessions , depending on the client requirements.
Includes CD’S to listen to as homework

90 minutes – 2 hours and includes the initial consultation.
